YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received, we will email you to confirm and let you know when it is on its way. Should we not be able to process your order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel with a full refund.

DELIVERY

We use First Class, Signed For Delivery for all UK deliveries . We are happy to deliver to Europe and abroad for a flat rate fee of £20.

Everything is made to order, we ask you to wait three weeks for us to make your pieces.

RETURNS

We hope you love your MARAZUL piece, but if there are any issues please let us know via email us as soon as possible.

Due to everything being made to size and order, we can only accept returns if there is something that is wrong with the item.

If the item is faulty or damaged, please email us with a description of the fault and images.  We ask you to return the order in its original packaging with receipt of order and if deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund.

Return postage is at a cost to you.

PRIVACY

We take your information for payment only and communication with you about your order.

We do not store payment details.

We will not share your information with any third parties.
